The Old Boathouse
The ‘Old Boathouse’ is a modern renovation of the original former Boathouse of Knockninny Hotel. The building itself dates back to 1854 and has been renovated and updated to now host a 4 bedroom self-catering holiday cottage. Think Old World Allure meets Modern Day Comfort.

The Boathouse itself consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 of which provide views of Lough Erne and Knockninny Quay.
Each Bedroom features a Double Bed sleeping up to 8 persons comfortably

The Boathouse features a modern 2 tier open floorplan with living room, Dining area, TV and entertainment centre and Kitchen Island. Wi-Fi Included.

The Adventurous Side
The house is perched overlooking Knockninny Quay, we offer a full slipway for Boat and Jet-Ski launch. As well as a number of local wildlife attractions.
Outdoor Space
The Old Boathouse features a full Patio with barbecue area, tables and fishing gear storage. Behind we also have a private area for Laundry and outdoor storage.
